Jeffrey C. van Fossen, CFA

Jeff joined Inverness after serving more than 18 years in the financial services sector. Has more than 15 years investment management experience. He has worked extensively with wealthy individuals and families. He most recently served as portfolio manager and is the founding member of the Cleveland office of The Northern Trust Company managing $250 million of client assets. Prior to this he served as a portfolio manager in the wealth management group at KeyCorp where he managed over $750 million of assets for individuals and families. Jeff also served as a portfolio manager and equity analyst for a private asset management firm in Perth, Australia (Packer & Company), where he gained experience in Australian and Pacific Rim markets. He also has expertise valuing privately held business concerns. Received his law and masters degrees in business administration from Case Western Reserve University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Cleveland Society of Security Analysts, and is admitted to the Ohio State Bar. Resides in Sharon Township, where he lives with his wife, Victoria and their two children.
