Prior to joining Inverness in 2005, Howard worked as Vice President and General Counsel, PASCO, Inc. from 1991 to 2005. He had senior management oversight for all legal, financial, accounting, human resources and administrative aspects for the company. Howard was also extensively involved with the owner’s family estate, investment and insurance planning.
